Built-in over-temperature protection helps prevent damage to both your samples and the equipment, offering added peace of mind during extended operations.
Flexible Design to Suit Any LabAvailable in multiple sizes with capacities ranging from 6 to 25 liters, our water bath accommodates standard and custom dimension requirements. The choice between lift-off and hinged lids allows users to select a configuration that best suits their workspace and usage patterns.
FAQ's of Serological Water Bath:
Q: How do I operate the serological water bath safely in the laboratory?
A: To operate safely, ensure the water bath is connected to a 220-240 V AC power source and filled with distilled water up to the recommended level. Select your desired temperature using the digital or manual thermostat, and wait for the indicator to show the set temperature. The built-in over-temperature protection ensures safe operation, but always monitor the bath during use.
Q: What are the main benefits of using a stainless steel inner chamber?
A: A stainless steel inner chamber offers superior rust resistance, durability, and ease of cleaning. It also ensures efficient heat transfer and even temperature distribution, which is essential for accurate and reproducible laboratory results.
Q: When is a serological water bath typically used in laboratory processes?
A: A serological water bath is commonly used for sample incubation, thawing reagents, warming culture media, and carrying out serological tests that require precise and stable temperatures. It's suitable for research, clinical, and industrial laboratory settings.
Q: Where can I procure this water bath in India, and who would benefit from it?
A: This serological water bath is available through dealers, distributors, exporters, manufacturers, retailers, suppliers, traders, and wholesalers across India. Laboratories in research, educational, and healthcare institutions will significantly benefit from its reliable performance.
Q: What is the process for selecting the right model and size for my application?
A: Determine the volume and number of samples you need to process and consider your available lab space. Choose a capacity (6, 12, 20, or 25 liters) and decide on lid preference (lift-off or hinged). For custom requirements, consult the supplier for tailored dimensions and features.
Q: How does the water bath maintain uniform temperature throughout the chamber?
A: The combination of a high-quality heating element, glass wool insulation, and stainless steel inner chamber ensures consistent and uniform distribution of heat, resulting in an accuracy of 0.5C throughout the chamber.
